bookings

a booking is secured once the deposit has been received and written confirmation issued

by paying the deposit you agree to these terms and conditions

for saturday bookings a minimum of four services applies

for wedding bookings a minimum booking value of $1000 applies unless otherwise agreed in writing

a service is defined as hair or makeup - hair and makeup counts as two services

deposit details

a 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

deposits are non transferable and remain non refundable in the event of individual cancellations within a group

prices are locked at the time the deposit is paid

any additional services added after this point will be charged at the current rate

travel and additional fees

travel is included within 20km of my home base

travel beyond this area is charged at $50 per additional 20km calculated from my base location - this will be advised at the time of enquiry

an early start fee of $50 per hour per stylist applies for bookings commencing before 8am

parking fees where a car park is not provided are additional and payable by the client

payment and refunds

the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the booking date via direct deposit

late payments may incur an additional fee

eftpos and cheques are not accepted

refunds are not offered for completed services

any concerns must be raised at the time of service so they can be addressed immediately

cancellations and timings

cancellations or missed appointments with less than the required notice will be charged at 100% of the booked service value

an administration fee may apply to cancellations or significant booking changes

any changes to timings or services must be communicated as early as possible

strict adherence to agreed schedules is required to ensure the day runs smoothly

it is the clients responsibility to ensure all participants are ready at their allocated time

delays caused by late arrivals unprepared clients or schedule changes may result in reduced service time or an overtime fee subject to availability

unforeseen circumstances

in the unlikely event that natalee fisher is unable to attend due to illness or emergency every effort will be made to source a suitable replacement artist

refunds or rescheduling will be assessed on a case by case basis

in circumstances where services cannot proceed due to events beyond control including extreme weather natural disasters or government restrictions payments remain payable

allergies and general conditions

clients must disclose all sensitivities allergies or skin conditions prior to the appointment

while every care is taken natalee fisher cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions

by proceeding with a booking you acknowledge that hair and makeup services are undertaken at your own discretion

clients must notify in advance if anyone receiving services is unwell

workspace requirements

clients must provide a table or bench space access to a nearby power outlet and good natural light where possible
