How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, booking as early as possible is recommended, especially during peak season.
Hair appointments generally book 2–6 weeks ahead depending on availability.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is included within 20km of my Wellington home base, with additional travel charges applying outside this area.
Travel beyond 20km is charged at $50 per 20km based on return travel. Examples: Martinborough $350 Ōtaki $300
Wellington City parking fees apply where parking is unavailable.
Is there a minimum booking for weddings?
A minimum booking value of $1000 applies to wedding hair and makeup bookings.
Do you offer bride only bookings?
Yes. A bride only package is available for elopements and smaller weddings, with bridal hair and makeup priced from $600.
How many services can you accommodate?
I can accommodate up to 8 services on the wedding day. A service is defined as either hair or makeup.
For bookings requiring more than 8 services, an additional artist may be required. I’m happy to recommend trusted artists I regularly work with.
Do you offer touch up services for weddings and events?
Touch up services can sometimes be arranged depending on timing, location and availability. Please enquire if you would like touch ups, style changes or additional coverage throughout your event.
What do you need for mobile appointments?
Access to natural light where possible, a table or bench space nearby, a standard power outlet and enough room to comfortably set up equipment is appreciated. Please let me know if access to location is difficult as I bring around 40kg of tools/products.
What if I have allergies or sensitivities?
Please advise of any allergies, skin sensitivities or reactions prior to your appointment. While every care is taken, I cannot guarantee against allergic reactions to products used during hair or makeup services.
Deposits
Wedding bookings require a 50% non refundable booking fee to secure the date.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations or no shows may be charged at 100% of the booked service total.
Wedding cancellations
Wedding booking fees are non refundable and secure the date exclusively for your booking.
Cancellations within 8 weeks of the wedding date may incur up to 50% of the remaining booking total. Cancellations within 14 days of the wedding date may require full payment due to the inability to refill the booking.
Changes to bookings
If members of a bridal booking reduce services after confirmation, deposits are non transferable and non refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is required via bank transfer unless otherwise arranged.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of hair and makeup services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. If there are any concerns, these must be raised during the appointment where possible so adjustments can be made at the time.
Are prices fixed?
Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, time required, product usage or additional services requested on the day.
