Your reservation becomes secure upon receipt and written confirmation of the booking deposit. By paying the deposit and confirming your booking, you agree to our terms and conditions. For Saturday bookings, a minimum of 4 services is required.

deposit details

A 50% non-refundable deposit is applicable at the time of booking, remaining non-transferable in case of individual withdrawals from the group. Prices are locked upon deposit payment; additional services will be charged at the updated rate.

travel and additional fees

Complimentary travel within Wellington central; extra charges for outside Wellington Region locations. An early morning fee of $50 per hour per stylist applies before 8 am. Public holidays and parking costs are additional charges.

payment and refunds

Full payment is due 7 days before the booking date via direct deposit. Late payments incur a fee. No EFTPOS or cheques are accepted. Refunds are not offered for completed services; clients must voice concerns on-site.

cancellations and timings

Cancellation or missed appointments without notice incur full charges. Deposits are non-refundable, and an admin fee applies to cancellations. Strict adherence to appointment times is crucial. Notify in case of unforeseen circumstances affecting your schedule.

unforeseen circumstances

Efforts will be made to secure a replacement artist in case of Natalee Fisher's unavailability. Refunds and rescheduling are case-dependent. In extreme events preventing safe travel (natural disasters, pandemics), payment is still required.

allergies and general conditions

We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Clients must disclose hypersensitivity. Specific conditions are required for services - a table with a nearby power socket, ample natural light, and disclosure of illness before service. Booking assumes agreement with these terms.
